Hi there!
I'm Ginnifer Goodwin Jillian André. I'm a high school student who aspires to become a visual developer for movies and television shows when I grow up. I'm an avid lover of the roleplaying hobby -- which is fitting since I've been doing this for about six or seven years! But besides that, I do a lot of painting, sketching, poetry -- y'know, the odd little things that make life worth living! I'm a bit of a dork, I'd say. If you see any interview with Ginnifer Goodwin in it, I'm practically just like her. You see -- I make this ridiculous, joyous expression when I'm really happy and talking about something, and - ! When I'm pretending to be annoyed I start jutting my lip out and it's just -- it's a mess, really. If you asked any of my friends what I was like, they'd probably tell you that I'm the epitome of cute. It gets annoying, but you know what? Whatever. I like being cute anyway.
I've got a lot of interests, other than art, by the way. It's a whole bunch of things, and constantly changes from time to time. At the moment, I've been really into 'period' literature, such as Jane Austen novels and, obviously, Victor Hugo's Les Misérables. I love the romance a lot of these novels have -- oh! Did I mention I'm a romanticist? Because I am. I love exaggerating things when I can, although, of course, I know my limits. But really! Romance is my favorite genre, and I am, admittedly, your typical daydreamer ( if I have a crush on you, chances are I've daydreamed about going on a date with you, oops -- ).
I have a deep appreciation for history ; it's such a surreal concept to me, to know that there have been people, civilizations that have contributed to the world that we now believe in. This appreciation stemmed from my childhood lover -- art. Art, to me, is the greatest gift mankind has to the world, and it is art that has been the center of my life. All of my dreams and aspirations stem from this subject, and seriously? Talk shit about it and I just might bash you over the head b ye. But yes! History is a lovely subject and I wish people would look into it more. It's such a journey, reading article after article, textbook after textbook, and discovering all these little things and seeing how they relate to -- really, everything.
Oh -- ! Well, for smaller things that I'm into, well. There's music? Who doesn't like music, right? My default genre of choice is alternative pop, or rock, or electronic -- or alternative anything really. My favorite band in the entire world is Say Anything, led by Max Bemis, and they -- quite literally -- saved my life with the song Do Better. If you guys need a new band to listen to, definitely look them up! Other bands I like are Neon Trees, Panic! at The Disco, Bastille, GROUPLOVE, Atlas Genius, Fall Out Boy, I'm going to stop naming my entire music library -- -- --
Um, hm. Okay. So television shows and movies, right? Well, I really like BBC Merlin, and Once Upon a Time. I love BBC's adaptations of North & South, Daniel Deronda, and Emma. They were wonderful shows, and all on Netflix! You guys should check them out when you can. They're such a treat to watch. As for movies, I really loved Tomboy, Parked, The Way, and whatever's the hype at the moment. The first Hobbit movie was really good, but I generally despised the second part. Hopefully the third part doesn't destroy my heart -- -- !!
So this got a little lengthy, whoops. But that's okay! I'm about to run out of things to say, any how. I'll just end this with a quick little facts section, and you can run off and laugh at me for being a dork yes yes ? ?? ?
